Libella Seat Lite is heading to Italy! We’ve teamed up with Aria Wheels

We’re thrilled! Aria Wheels, the Italian maker of ultra-lightweight active wheelchairs, has added our new pressure-relief cushion Libella Seat Lite to its price list and online configurators. Read the full story in Aria Wheels’ article.

And how did it all start? At REHACARE 2025, when the Aria team first stopped by our stand. One meeting has grown into a joint product – exactly the kind of collaboration we love most.

Seat Lite is the lighter sibling of our proven Libella Seat Basic, developed together with Aria specifically for their wheelchairs. We left out the carbon base plate, so in an average size of 40 × 42 cm it weighs only about 1.4 kg – a lightweight wheelchair stays truly lightweight.

Inside is a 3D-printed core with different stiffness zones that supports the thighs and relieves the areas most at risk of pressure sores. Individual parts can be swapped, so the cushion fits each user perfectly. Add breathability, washing at 60 °C and a choice of two contour levels.
